Update 1.3

Update 1.3 contains sprite changes, an enemy wave timer, enemy Ai tweaks and now a pause menu! Small tweaks and changes here and there have been made to make the difficulty more reasonable. Numbers change colour to warn you of a danger such as when your water runs low, the numbers turn red. More improvements and changes are still to be made so watch out for the next update which will include a range of difficulties!
